They like me! Oh no, they like me....

This aint no string theory

This aint no string theory I've ever heard of. But if I could turn in a Nobel Prize theory of reality this would be it.

Redone vid by me:

I've heard many versions of this piece and still it is one of the few things that lets me know I'm not too far gone to be reached. A lost dream.

Strings can always pull emotions out of the most hardened places. Much like the Greek witches of myth the strings are almost a symbol for destiny. Only reverberating in a much shorter ark. Some pieces will tell us if we love or we hate. Some pieces like this one tell us that we could still feel sorrow. A dark dream.

Although you may thank you bow your head to some Hollywood myth . The truth is that you feel what it is that reverberates in your life on that same note. For me it's no battle, no hard won or lossed fight. For me it's a yearning, a strong desire, for something, a sunset, a release... A restful dream.

A song sung in my defence. A milanic play in testament to my life and struggles. A fantasy no doubt. But a wish nevertheless. Always seeming to be sung by a maiden with private knowledge of a true heart. Either at the end of days, a battle, a win or loss. It's always a maiden. And I can never see her face. But with it as the strings are played, I can feel at rest. As though the strings on my validation and her tones are a comfort to rest upon. Struggling so hard in a battle that can only truly be won at the end. Then being told that your struggles are done. But in good steed ushered and urged to go to her. Rest well, good and faithful. The reverberations of the strings and the voice of the maiden ensure that no one will tarnish your hard works. A foolish dream.

Strings can always pull this emotion, this place, this dream out of even the darkest places. And then what? I must believe that it does this for everyone. I must believe that I do not feel it alone in the dark. I must believe that the strings have the power to make me feel. And that my maiden has the power to give me rest. "Now we are free" What an apt title. I must believe. I must be free.
What a glorious dream!!

In the movie the senator asked would anyone help him carry this man of Rome?

Well?, will anyone help carry this man of Rome?
