The Barn Door
The Barn Door

When I was younger the door to Heaven was as big as a barn door. There were so many ways to walk through it. You could barely miss it.
As time went on other doors, to other places, appeared and grew in size. The door to Heaven was sometimes shrouded in confusion. I didn't even notice that it started to shrink.
But isn't that how it's designed? Older and wiser, comes at a cost. In the words of the immortal Katt Williams. "There's nothing worse than a smart-dumb nigger!"
I sit outside the barn. I can begin to hear the people inside. The people who made it inside. I'm no longer confused by the other doors that lead to other places. But I find it difficult to find the door to get inside the barn.
The barn is designed to always have a door. It is not designed to be a big barn door forever. So I sit and I meditate and I squint my inner eye. The next time I identify my small barn door, I will not lose it and I will join those who made it inside. And leave the rest of you smart people to figure it out!
"It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God" ~ Matthew 19:24
