Free at last, free at last. Will I ever know what it's like to be free at last?
Listening to Dr. King you would think that there are so few ways to be bound. How short-sighted. There are so many, many ways to be bound and chained whipped and beaten and not always from others. Color, religion, and sex are just but a very few. It seems the harder we try to be free from the mud and the muck the more mud and muck we spread.
From the time I was a child to now I know more ways to be bound than I do of freedom.
