Dark Matter

Dark matter was discovered to explain the unsupported speed of expansion of the universe. With an intense power that rivals any in the known universe. An absolute need as a catalyst to propagate continued existence. A force of creation.
It seems to be totally necessary and little understood. Rarely thought of by the masses. But absolutely necessary to everyday life. A phenomenon which is taken for granted on a good day. It's unheard of on its worst days. It's ways and theories are used in the mouths of the enlightened as well as the unenlightened whenever the mood fits.
I believe there is a Dark matter analog in every aspect of life. From the parental Dark. To all the minor representations of Dark.
So, do Dark lives really matter? Or do we only use their discovery to justify our own expansion?
