On Top of Spaghetti

I'm on top of spaghetti, all covered with cheese. Would someone please help me? Come help me please?

I've been knocked on the table. Then rolled by the Angels off to the floor. Oh God won't you help me, before I'm thrown out the door.

I'm just a poor meatball. Won't somebody care? Will you even miss me when I'm no longer there?

What of the spaghetti? Would you throw me a line? With oodles of noodles could you find the time?
