A Wise man's Kingdom

Plunge forward into the dark unknown. Faced with demons of our own making. Fought with weapons from others hands. Prayers unanswered but prayed nevertheless. Wonderous day, Universe filled night. Witnessed through hopeless eyes.

When I fall, I will fall alone. Come to that place. That fork in the road. That place where destiny meets reality. And reality kills the dream. but not before the fight. Not before the pain.

Not long now? An eternity? Effortless yet inspiring. Wellspring of knowledge, questionable in initiation. Of the dark never lacking. Of the light, fear unrecognized. Not long now, a wish. An eternity, the sentence. What lies beneath, unforgiving.

A cautionary tale. A rattling of chains at the strike of midnight. The boogeyman come to call. a lesson to learn quicker than the time it takes to learn it. Of greater plans of mice and men, there are none. Of salvation there are few to quest for it. There are fewer to grant it.

This path no matter how great is not the way. The ways of the world no matter how flawed are the ways of the world lived in. What is planted will never be the harvest.

Find what joy as to fill your cup. Find what friends as you can afford to lose. Find what faith as your mind can obey. Find what prayers as can be said by your lips. Do these things and hold back the dark. Do these things to make light of the pain. Do these things lest we raise outside of joyous celebration. 

Wisdom is only the King of Pain and pain is a realm no man should seek. When I fall, I fall alone.

Ignorance is bliss.
