Flash of Life
I've seen my life flash before me on the hill. I've seen my life flash and I stood still. I said I love my children and I always will. But on today I have time to kill. I'll smell the breeze and pick the daisies. But I have too much time and it drives me crazy. Either that or I'm just plain lazy. It turns out my 3 kids are getting older. A little heavier a little bolder. And from these three they make three's. So many branches. So many leaves. So when I think about grand kids gifts, I stand still, I get stiff. I see my life flash before me on the hill. I think of the bill and I get ill.
